Plately is an AI-powered nutrition and diet planning platform. We generate personalized meal suggestions, calorie targets, and tracking tools based on the information you provide. Plately is a wellness and lifestyle tool, not a medical service.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the plan you selected and applicable law.
5. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use Plately for unlawful purposes. We may terminate access for users who violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code, and materials provided through Plately are owned by Plately or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.
7. Medical disclaimer
Plately does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plately and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, or zero if you used the free plan.
9. Termination
You may stop using Plately at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
